西武国分寺線・拝島線の小川駅西口から歩いて３分です。
小川駅西口に出ると交番があります。
その前の道路を左に曲がって、最初の信号を右に曲がります。
そして、約２０ｍ歩くと、左側に小川西町公民館が見えます。
Three minutes walk from West Exit of “Ogawa Station” of SEIBU KOKUBUNJI
Line・
HAIJIMA Line.
You can see a police box or ”KOBAN” at the West Exit.
Turn left at the road in front of you, and turn right at the first traffic
light,
then walk approx. 20 meters, you see the Public Hall building at the left.
